A Central London firm is looking for a commercial property solicitor to work at their office located a short walk from Liverpool Street Underground Station. Ideally, they are looking for a solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in comm prop work. There will be scope for hybrid working with plenty of remote working but some weekly office attendance will be required.

Candidate Requirements
·Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
·Minimum 5 years' PQE with a strong background in commercial property
·Proven experience managing a varied commercial property caseload independently
·Sound technical knowledge with strong commercial and financial awareness
·Experience acting for developers, investors, and/or lenders
·Confident communicator with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
·Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing deadlines effectively
·Strong client-handling skills with a commercial, business-focused mindset
Key Responsibilities
The role will include (but not be limited to):
·Acting on a wide range of commercial property transactions, including:
oAcquisitions and disposals of commercial property (freehold and leasehold)
oActing for developers on site acquisitions, development schemes, and onward disposals
oCommercial leasing (landlord and tenant), including agreements for lease
oReal estate finance and secured lending transactions, acting for lenders and borrowers
oInvestment property matters for portfolio clients
·Managing files from instruction to completion with a high degree of autonomy
·Providing clear, commercial, and solution-focused advice to clients
·Liaising directly with clients, agents, lenders, and other professional advisers
·Supporting Partners on complex, high-value or time-sensitive transactions as required
·Maintaining excellent client service standards and building long-term client relationships
·Contributing to business development initiatives and the wider growth of the department
·Ensuring compliance with SRA, AML, and internal regulatory requirements

The role is full-time, permanent and salary levels negotiable depending on experience but from previous dealings with the firm, I expect it to be circa 80k to 90k.
